Haiti

Water School began operations in Haiti several months prior to the 2010 earthquake in the northern region around Cap Hatian.  In partnership with Dr. Bibi Macleod and Medical Ambassadors Haiti, Water School focused on 25 communities.  When the earthquake hit, the intensity of the training was stepped up knowing that a cholera epidemic would soon follow.  Also, with the help of our generous donors, Water School was able to focus on short term relief with several truckloads of IVs and saved thousands of lives during the height of the epidemic.
